Jimmy Neutron is a movie about a boy genius named Jimmy. He is abnormally smart for his elementary school age. Jimmy constructs inventions in his spare time, and has created technology far beyond anything we have today. Being an animated movie the creators were able to be as wild as they wanted with his inventions. Jimmy and his friends sneak out one night without their parents knowing. While out, they see a shooting star and wish that they're parents would disappear. That night chicken worshiping aliens envaded Earth and stole all the parents to eat! Jimmy and his friends believe that they're wish came true, but then realize it was the work of aliens. So Jimmy and the rest of his kindergarden class decide to take on the task of finding their parents and bringing them back!

This movie may seem like it's aimed at children but in actual fact it has many jokes that your average child wouldn't understand. I think this movie is great because all ages will enjoy it. Parents won't mind taking they're children to see movies if they will laugh too, they may even hesitate less. It is not at all inappropriate so it is safe for all ages and children are happy to see all the characters say things they don't understand. In terms of the plot it may have been a bit lacking, but the funny lines and well developed characters are what make up for the poor plot. The scenes backgrounds and all computer animation aspects of the film are phenominal, which gives the movie an overall good outlook. Everyone viewing sits in awe wondering how this technology is possible. Overall this movie was well done and all ages would appreciate the fun and lovable characters.
