A walk to remember is an excellent movie starring "easy-on-the-eyes" Shane West and pop singer Mandy Moore. The story is about Shane West's character Landon undergoing a change in life caused by Mandy Moore's character Jamie. Landon meets the less popular Jamie in clubs and charity meetings which he is forced to participate in because of a dangerous prank pulled early in the movie. Landon begins to fall in love with Jamie and the rest of the movie is a magical experience seeing the two go through hard times and good times.

This movie deserves a lot of appreciation in my opinion. When I saw this movie in theaters a few weeks back I thought it was amazing. I cried and laughed and had a great feeling after walking out. This movie makes us think and appreciate things we may take for granted, if we really watch closely you will see what message Mandy Moore's character is trying to convey. She may seem like the nerdy girl in the corner reading the Bible but she does say some very meaningful things in this movie. Overall I would suggest this movie to almost everyone. I don't think children would understand this movie but for teens and up I would definitely suggest this movie. It makes us cry and laugh and that's really important in a movie.
